Teams navigate scenic and culturally significant POIs, testing their driving and navigation skills while completing fun challenges. With live tracking, speed monitoring this safe and competitive drive blends excitement with Mahindra's spirit of adventure. From a grand flag-off to an awards ceremony at the finish line, participants enjoy a day of exploration, camaraderie, and unforgettable experiences.

• Flight tickets to and from respective locations
• Airport Transfers
• M&M vehicles for the drive
• Service costs for vehicle breakdown or damage
• Anything else that is not mentioned in the inclusions

Disclaimers

1. Child Policy: Children below the age of ten (10) years may attend the event without any participation fee. However, any additional costs incurred in respect of such children, including travel, meals, accommodation, or any other incidental expenses (if applicable), shall be borne exclusively by the accompanying parent or legal guardian.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation charges shall apply based on the time of receipt of the cancellation request prior to the scheduled departure date, as set out below:

• Four (4) weeks or more prior to departure: No cancellation charges (0%)
• Between four (4) weeks and two (2) weeks prior to departure: Fifty percent (50%) of the total cost
• Less than two (2) weeks prior to departure or thereafter: One hundred percent (100%) of the total cost

Any applicable refunds shall be processed in accordance with standard processing timelines upon receipt of a valid written cancellation request.
