About Trail Hunt Patna
"Explore, Navigate, Conquer" is a thrilling GPS-based adventure rally exclusively for Mahindra owners. Teams navigate scenic and culturally significant POIs, testing their driving and navigation skills while completing fun challenges. With live tracking, speed monitoring, and interactive app features, this safe and competitive event blends excitement with Mahindra's spirit of adventure. From a grand flag-off to an awards ceremony at the finish line, participants enjoy a day of exploration, camaraderie, and unforgettable experiences, all amplified through live social media updates.
Trail Hunt Event Concept :
- The event will start with a flag-off from Point A, typically a Mahindra showroom or a Resort / Hotel.
- Participants will be given GPS locations leading them to Points of Interest (POIs). Upon reaching a POI, an in-car mobile app will log their times.
- Points will be awarded for completing each location, and penalties for overspeeding.
- Winners will be determined by the maximum points accumulated.
- Vehicles will be live-tracked through an organizer app.
- Each entry must consist of a team of a driver and a navigator.
- The app will automatically complete the event and display scores when participants are within 50 meters of the finish zone.

Exclusions
- Mahindra Adventure does NOT PROVIDE vehicles for the drive.
- Fuel charges incurred by the customer during the drive.
- Road, bridge, and toll charges (if any) to be borne by the customer during the drive.
- Airfare or other transportation to and from the event location.
- Hotel stays, lodging, or other accommodations during the event to be borne by the customer.
- Repair costs resulting from damage caused during the event will not be provided by the organizers.
- Personal or vehicle insurance not provided by the event organizers.
- Any additional expenses over and above the inclusion are to be borne by the customers.
- Costs for towing, recovery, or vehicle breakdown assistance shall be borne by the customers.
