I live my life one adrenaline rush at a time. It gives me the feeling that I’m alive more than ever, and that this world is my playground. The first time that I ever had this feeling was when I was in Kenya. I was one of the lucky tourists to have spotted the mighty cheetah, the world’s fastest sprinter. The cheetah was probably not in a good mood that day, so it decided to chase after our jeep. It ran so fast and it almost seemed like it would pounce on us anytime. It was so close that I could see the curved black lines on its face, and the way that they extended from its eyes to its mouth, giving shape to its snout. Its paws dug deep into the arid soil and expelled mud in every direction as its lean body propelled towards us gracefully. The image is still clear in my head - its fierce expression and aerodynamic build. I forgot that I had even had this experience until I saw a cheetah on the highway the other day.

Well, it wasn’t exactly a cheetah. The resemblance between the Mahindra XUV500 and a cheetah is remarkable. When I first saw its front in my rear view mirror, it was like I was looking at the face of that cheetah in Kenya. The XUV500’s tear duct-like black accents reminded me of the curved black lines on the cheetah’s face. Its aerodynamic build looked mean yet lean, like a cheetah on your tail. Then, the 7 seater SUV overtook me and I got a glimpse of its cheetah like speed and paw-styled vertical door handles. All it took was this 5-second long incident to rekindle a lost memory and remind me of the adrenaline rush that it gave me.

There’s no doubt that the XUV500 is one of the most striking Mahindra SUV cars and stands out from anything else on the road. Its styling is unforgettable and it almost feels like it’s alive. Even when it’s stationary, it looks like it’s catching its breath for the next sprint, like a cheetah waiting to chase after its prey. Also, in comparison to a 5-seater SUV, the XUV500 is big on space.

That was the first time that I have ever seen a Mahindra XUV500, and I can confidently say that it is one of the Best SUV cars in India.
